What is Honda Sensing?
Honda Sensing is a suite of safety and driver-assistance technologies designed to alert drivers to things factors they may have missed while driving.
Think of it as an extra set of eyes and ears that are specially tuned to warn you of any potential incoming danger. The road ahead is often unpredictable, but Honda Sensing can give you a leg-up.

Some of the more prominent features of Honda Sensing include:
- Honda LaneWatch -- when using the right turn signal, a camera on the passenger-side mirror will turn on and stream live video feed directly to your touchscreen, providing a sharper picture of your surroundings.
- Blind Spot Information System -- when the turn signal is active and a vehicle is detected in a neighboring lane, an indicator in the side-view mirror blinks and a beep sounds until the area is clear or the blinker is switched off.
- Cross Traffic Monitor -- when in reverse and another vehicle is approaching from the side, the Cross Traffic Monitor will notify the driver with a series of beeps and indicators on the display screen.
- Auto High-Beam Headlights -- during all night-driving scenarios above 25 mph, with the headlamp lever in the low-beam position and the "AUTO" switch selected, this system automatically changes between low and high beams depending on road and weather conditions.
